On Saturday 26th January we christened and blessed our newest and largest boat the 38m Beam trawler ‘Julie of Ladram’. Named after Julie Jones, who sadly lost her battle with cancer in April last year.

Julie was a much loved employee of Greendale, always wearing the biggest smile and carrying the most positive attitude. She joined the company in 2006 running our payroll.

The most important thing to Julie was her family and we were lucky to have her as part of ours at Greendale. Her happy spirit, positive attitude and kind nature will be missed by all and hopefully this vessel will be a small part of us remembering her.
